How do I know what size to order?
Please use the FITTING FORM and FITTING VIDEO to help select the closest size to order.
Please follow the form instructions for where and how to measure.
Once you have been measured and have decided what size to order we would be happy to double check your choices and will help select the closest size to order. Please expect minor alterations no matter what size you order.

Will I need Extra Length?
Dresses are designed for an average height of 5’6” wearing a small heel.
If you are less than 5’6” please expect that you may need a hem.
If you are taller than 5’6” please consider “adding length” when selecting order options.

What if my dress needs alterations?
Most dresses will need some alterations. Hems are best done by a local seamstress. Once your dress arrives please try it on with the under-garments and shoes that you plan to wear.
When ordering please allow time to visit a local seamstress for alterations.

What is your return policy?
Can I get a refund if my dress does not fit?
Can I exchange my dress for a different size?
Because each garment and accessory is a special order product, there are no returns or refunds. However we do want to insure that you get a dress that fits and you are happy with.

If you have not yet ordered, we can help you select the closest size to order. Please expect minor alterations no matter what size you order. Please use the FITTING FORM and FITTING VIDEO to select the closest size to order.

We can possibly send more photographs if you are unsure of a certain style. Please email a note to info@camoformal.com and we’ll check our photography file.

If you order a dress that is extremely too small or large we will exchange the same dress for a different size for a $50 exchange/alter fee. Upon receipt of the original dress, we will either alter the returned dress or manufacture and send another size dress. We will alter or exchange and re-ship 5 days. UPS GROUND Shipping back to you is included in the exchange fee at UPS Ground Rates. If you need it back more quickly than UPS Ground shipping, you will need to include additional shipping at the rate you need.

Can I get a dress in a different camo?
Yes, each dress can be customized with any camo print. Once you select the item a series of option boxes will display where many selections can be chosen. Some of the common options are fabric or camo print, size, colors of trims, length changes, lace-up/corset or zipper back, wear date and delivery options. Do you have a store where we can try on dresses?
Yes, Camo Formal has a store and a factory in Louisiana. If this is close enough to visit we would be happy to schedule an appointment.

Do you have a printed catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog. If there is a wedding being planned we have a “Wedding Getting Started Kit” that has fabric swatches, a FITTING FORM and some other helpful planning items. There are several separate issues and choices to make for "time to deliver."

MANUFACTURING TIME refers to how quickly we design, cut, sew, and package your order. The normal delivery time is specific to each item and is an option that you choose when ordering. From 3 to 10 weeks is “normal.” Your items may ship earlier than the “normal” delivery but will not ship later.

RUSH MANUFACTURING means that we will have the package ready to ship quicker than the normal time and that you are paying to go ahead of orders that are waiting to be sewn and shipped. This is particularly an issue in times like prom where you would like your dress by a certain day and we are extremely busy.

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIME is a separate choice and is the charge of the packaging and transportation. UPS is our standard shipper used and the rates are from UPS rates and tables. UPS SHIPPING MAP

UPS Standard Ground is the least expensive and takes the longest to deliver but is often adequate to meet your wear/need date with manufacturing time allowed. However if you have a quick wear/need date, please select shipping that allows the package to arrive on time after production and shipping. UPS SHIPPING MAP

All items are shipped from Pineville, Louisiana. UPS days to ship are in “Zones” with 1day to 5 days depending on how close or far your address is from Louisiana. Check UPS TIME ESTIMATE

Please note that UPS does not count the first day an item ships in the “expected” number of days to deliver.

What fabric are the dresses made of?
The fabric is trademarked vividly printed bridal satin. Please see fabric swatches attached to most categories and items. Please email your name, mailing address and wear/need date to info@camoformal.com if you would like to receive a fabric swatch prior to ordering.

Can Camo Formal add camo to my dress?
Yes, we can modify your dress, but per our licensing agreement, we cannot sell the fabric directly. If you would like to call or email and explain what how you would like to modify your dress, we will reply and quote a price..

Can I buy fabric?

We do offer and make custom items. Please call 1-866-226-6370 or email your custom idea to info@camoformal.com. When will my order be shipped?
Your scheduled ship date is emailed to you when the order is placed. This date is based on the number of weeks selected in the MANUFACTURING TIME. We will email a tracking number when your order package is shipped. Will all items we shipped together?
Yes, all items on an order are grouped together and are shipped with the longest manufacturing time.
An example would be a dress with a normal 10 week manufacturing time and a floral item with a normal 3 week delivery time. Both items will be shipped in one package on or before the regular shipping date for the 10 week dress. How can I check on my order?
If you registered online, you can use your account to view your order status. An email update will be sent with delivery tracking information.

If you ordered and checked out as a “guest” you will not have an account but will receive an email update and tracking number when your order is shipped.

If you need to call to check, please call 1-866-226-6370 and have your order # and a bill to name.

Will my dress ship early?
Your dress will ship by the time scheduled. It could ship earlier but will not ship later the scheduled date that was emailed after the order was placed. After the order is in the UPS system there is still the delivery time to consider. Check UPS TIME ESTIMATE

What does RUSH SHIPPING mean?
Prom and wedding season is a quick, hectic, busy time in the formalwear business much like Christmas for other retailers. We plan for it all year, make new styles and do everything possible to be "ready." But we cannot know who will order what in what size for what date so each order really is a special cut and special sewn item. There is no hanging stock.

When we get an order we make a note of MANUFACTURING TIME, WEAR DATE, and SHIPPING DELIVERY choice.

If it is a RUSHorder, we put it ahead of all orders with “regular” delivery.

As a factory with capacity, employees and other physical constraints we prepare for and are committed to 100% on time deliveries.

How can I get a problem corrected?
We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to correct our mistakes. Please call 1-866-226-6370 and explain the problem.
Returns will not be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Upon return with authorization, we will inspect, repair, or replace any defective product.
However there are no refunds or cancellations per the agreement checked and agreed to when placing the order. Please do not return it and expect a refund. We will repair or replace (if needed) and return only.
